Working principle:
Difference between one-piece ball valve and two-piece ball valve
1. The valve body is different: a piece of a plug will be fixed by a ball; two-piece ball valve is fixed by two pieces of the valve body clamped ball, maintenance is relatively complex, the middle of the bolt tightness is critical.
2. The closing piece is different: the closing piece of a one-piece ball valve is a sphere, the sphere around the center line of the valve body for rotation to open, close a valve; and two-piece ball valve no special requirements.
3. The working principle is different: a piece of ball valve working principle is the mechanical pressure of the valve stem; two-piece ball valve working principle is to rotate the valve spool to make the valve open or closed.
